So... Xiao Gui's new CD is apparently called Love Hero. I LOL'ed when I read it, but I guess it's kinda cool. I don't usually see Xiao Gui as a love hero, but, lol, that's cool.

Apparently the release date is December 18th? Correct me if I'm wrong. BUT THE PREORDER IS UP THIS WEEK! AND IT COMES WITH A 2010 CALENDAR!

Okay here is where I need some help.

It's available on yesasia, for apparently $19.99 USD. But that's kinda expensive...

And then I was thinking... he's gonna come out with like, a billion other versions of this CD later on, so should I just wait? But I want that freakin' calendar! Ugh so confused... also... is he having signings? I want mine signed!

oh so XIAO GUI's really releasing an album..i thought this was just a title of one of his concerts..anyways i want one too but yeah $19.99 is kinda expensive for a cd...will a calendar be included in it?...or maybe i'll wait for awhile before ordering it because prolly he'll release another version of the CD again... hahaha

So on the http://www.books.com.tw/exep/cdfile.php?item=0020136099 website it's only 12 dollars I was so confuse I was using a conversion website to see how much it was in US dollars and it kept coming back as 50 dollars if I knew how to read from that site I would preorder it now. I'm not to sure about YesAsia though I still haven't received a cd I ordered from them in October

Actually, the yuan they're talking about on books.com.tw is the New Taiwan Dollar Yuan, so the conversion is closer to 1 USD = 32 NT yuan...

I decided to check further, and here's what I have about books.com.tw:

• The regular price is NT$449 yuan, or $13.87 US dollars.
  
• The preorder price is NT$398 yuan, or $12.30 US dollars.
  
• The shipping costs from Taiwan to U.S. is their flat rate (NT250=$7.72USD) + 8% of the list price* (NT31.84=$0.98USD)...
  *I checked their postage chart (just click on the airplane)
  
• The total postage equals to $8.70 USD
  
• So the total price in US dollars would be $21.00 ($12.30 USD + $8.70 USD)

ugh so it comes out to about the same. Kinda expensive. I dunno... what do you guys think? Should I preorder and get this version of the CD, or wait, because I'm sure there will be other versions with other stuff on it... ????

its really a dilemma on whether to by now or later..

hehe.. but im waiting for the other versions.. hoping they wud release one with a dvd like other artists do..

but if not.. urghh.. id be missing on the calendar.. but waiting for the 3rd version of his EP was worth it.. hihi..

i want mine signed too..

from what i know, preordered ones are usually signed.

the other versions which comes out later would not have any autographs on unless u go to his autograph signing events which is impossible for everyone of course.

so my advice, if you want that calendar and his autograph badly, preorder it.

if you wanna wait for a better version with prolly MVs, then u'll not get his autograph.

my opinion, if you already have an EP with his autograph, why bother to preorder since it'll be the same? just wait for the better version of it. as for the calendar, well... it's really up to u.
