| i need, like, a babel fish, or something, because i have a serious problem, lol.
I blame everything on avondale, she's the one who made me watch Hana Kimi with her. (its Jiro's fault to, for looking so good shirtless)
but now im into Dramas like Outsiders 1&2, and a new Drama, called Fighting Spirit, with the actor who played 287, Lu Ting Wei. the problem is only, like 13/14 episodes of the Outsiders is translated. and The others arent translated. but i watch them anyway. lol. and try to guess whats going on.
maybe its because I'm impatient?
anyone else share my addiction?
ps. here we can talk about Dramas, not just about your addictions, unless you'd rather made a thread dedicated to them.

| Yep, addicted to Taiwan and Japanese. I like romantic comedy, but I don't like it when it's two over. I think either Gokusen or Nobuta wo Produce were my first ever Asian dramas. But sometimes I think Japan beats Taiwan...I disliked Taiwan Hana Kimi and Hana Yori Dango but liked the Japan ones...but that's just my opinion.
Oh yes, another site: veoh.com. You have to register for that, though, but the quality is really good.

| haha oh yeah dailymotion.com has dramas too. aahh my very first asian drama i guess is Taiwan's METEOR GARDEN. i fell in love with dao ming si.. prollly cause it was a big hit in the philippines that time. now i miss watching asian dramas in tv therefore all those websites that have asian dramas really rocks! too bad some of the old ones [like those shown in 2005,'04,'03] are kinda broken or missing some parts. | |

| Big fan of Taiwanese dramas mainly, but have also watched some japanese and korean dramas. Right now the only Taiwanese drama I'm watching is K.O.3anguo, but that's because I'm also waiting for the dramas of some fav actors/actresses of mine to start airing... Just a few of my fav j-dramas are Mei-chan no Shitsuji, Kimi wa Petto, and Nodame Cantabile made me cry (and laugh)with its beautiful, sometimes unusual expression of love for music 1st Shop of Coffee Prince is definitely one of my favorite k-dramas because the main character Eun Chan lives her life with such a fearless and confident attitude (I wish I had that!) I am also into Princess Pearl, which is an old chinese drama that's being subbed on viikii.net (Show and Xiao Gui had once mentioned that they used to watch it when they were younger, so I decided to check it out ) But I remember the first drama that I ever watched was Hana-Kimi. I didn't think it would be that funny or interesting, but it was! I had read the manga, so I wasn't sure if it would turn out ok as a drama. But I started to watch a bit [from behind my sister's back], and eventually started watching it with her, haha! ^_^ It felt like the characters had really come to life or something (I still am a big shojo manga fan, lol) Such a shame about the way it ended though...I also remember thinking that this is the first time I've ever felt attracted to asian guys (I'm not asian), so that was something new | |

| Princess Pearl 1 and 2 are absolutely wonderful. 3 is not nearly as good because they changed all the actresses/actors (all the famous ones--the two princesses, the prince, and the emperor, who were all portrayed by basically mega-stars in China). Princess Pearl was basically my first drama ever (I think I was 5 or 6 when I first watched it?)...oh, wow, so I was wrong. I started counting from idol dramas, but if you count actual dramas...I started watching when my parents did and when I first went to China, so that was years ago. Yeah, Princess Pearl was my first ever drama. Then, probably Romance in the Rain, which also starred the two girls from Princess Pearl. Like Xiao Zhu and Xiao Gui, I can still sing the song in Princess Pearl...you yi ge gu nian, ta you yi ge...haha. Those were great dramas and so hilarious. I actually watched the second one in a day (my mom bought it for me). Well, I was 8 or so and had nothing to do. | |

| Really POGA? That's what I call dedicated watching, lol I once watched Brown Sugar Chivalries in one day...I really wanted to know what happened, so I just kept clicking and clicking until But yeah, Princess Pearl is pretty interesting...you know once I got past the fact that Yan Zi just always seemed to get caught ^_^ The whole season isn't uploaded yet, but I'm already hoping that someone will start a new page for Season 2...I really want to hear that song you mentioned, "you yi ge gu nian, ta you yi ge.." something? I remember Gui Gui and Xiao Zhu singing that on YLBFB once. Xiao Gui and Xiao Zhu also knew the song for the first season, that one that goes "Haa, Ha-haaah, Ha-haa ahh Haa-aah Haaa" You've seen My Queen xoxogui? Isn't that such a good drama? I mean, the whole time I was wondering if it would work out between them...even though the ending was good, I still wanted to see a bit into their future, like an epilogue or something. You know, something like "6 months later..." But oh well, it was still a fun drama to watch... | |

| Haha, I was really small back then (i.e. nothing to do) and fast-forwarded all the plotting parts by the evil queen, etc, so it was pretty easy to finish. Well, not always...or maybe always. I haven't watched in a long time. Seriously, I kind of regret watching season 3 - it was so disappointing. I mean, Zhao Wei/Vicki Zhao was Xiao Yan Zi, you know? And they changed her, the prince, and Zhi Wei. I wouldn't advise you to watch it, I really wouldn't. But season 2 was also great. And yeah, Gui Gui and Xiao Zhu and Xiao Gui sang it. Actually, Xiao Zhu made an oblique reference to Princess Pearl recently--the guest's name was Zhi Wei (it was a guy, actually, so the characters were completely different but it sounded the same), and Xiao Zhu asked, "Eh? Zhi Wei? Where's Er Kan?" in reference to Zhi Wei's boyfriend in the show. The song "Haa, ha-haa..." appears in the second one, too, actually. Most of the first season songs reappear. I want to actually completely watch My Queen, because it sounds really good...I kind of only watched the last episode. Haha, spoiled it a bit. I look forward to it. If any of you are interested in dramas outside of Taiwan...namely, Japanese ones, there are some really good ones. I loved 1 Litre of Tears, Hana Kimi, Nobuta wo Produce (that one is seriously wonderful), Buzzer Beat (still going on), Atashinchi no Danshi, and more (ha, they have a lot of the same characters). Proposal Daiskusen is a pretty cool romance focused on the guy and not so much a romance as a kind of discovery that's also a good drama. If anyone wanted to watch. | |

yeah i've seen it!! yup definitely a good drama. super different from every other dramas. oh yes! just like u, i didn't mind the ending (unlike hana kimi) but it'll be cool to see their future, like, would they get hitched and stuff. besides, the drama's really funny even though it's a little irritating at some points read the senior.

| ^ Unfortunately, Hi Working Girl is only subbed up to episode 12...not really sure why...maybe there aren't enough translators and segmenters to go around? I've also tried viikii.net, but they too only have it subbed up to ep12. So cherish it because I'm not sure when they'll have time to sub the rest of the episodes... | |
