Visiting Taiwan for the very first time..please help!

Hi everyone!!
Ok so I am planning a trip to Taiwan in summer of 2010 and I would like to see Xiao Gui maybe he will be holding a concert or something of the sort. Ok so I want to get tickets to the shows he host preferably Bai Fen Bai but I don't know where I'd be able to do that. Also, where do I have to go to view the show or is that information given? Oh maybe these questions have been answered previously on another forum or so..if there is please point me in the correct direction.
Ohhh ohh is it really that strict in Taiwan? I've read on their I guess you can call it 'homepage' all these type of rules, really I have to submit an application to go?

anw, just a summary (u cld refer back to that previous topic for detailed answer from us).

there's no ticket to BFB recording. u need to call in first where a chinese lady would answer. u cld ask her on the recording dates and then u just queue. if not, here's the website Yu Le Bai Fen Bai. not sure if they accept enquiries via email, the last i checked, i don't know how to work that page (cus i can't read chinese) but my
friend mentioned some of the links can't work, so u might just wanna try.

here's a detailed instruction by freya1507. u could message her for more details. she used to go to the recording often when she was in Taiwan (now she's back in Germany).
